OUR OPERATING PROCEDURES
When embarking upon a new project, our estimators will first visit the site at a convenient time to discuss your requirements and provide a quote. All work is done according to your schedule. Once completed, the job is fully inspected by our site supervisors who hold Site Safety Plus Certificates. Every member of our team has passed a thorough CRB and DBS check.
HOW WE WORK
Our estimators will call and arrange a site visit to discuss all of your requirements at a time to suit you. All of our work is fully inspected by one of our site supervisors on completion. All works can be done out of hours if need be.
Floor preparation –
Smoothing out all types of substrates, including problematic damp problems.
Floor renovation –
Our company can repair all types of wooden flooring, from sprung gymnasium to traditional wood block flooring, including heritage work. We also undertake sanding and polishing.
Damp testing –
We can test problematic substrates for moisture in the floor and install surface damp proof membrane if necessary.
Technical advice –
We are happy to assist you on any technical matters. We are a member of the Contract Flooring Association, who can support us with problematic help and advice.
Removal of existing flooring –
We are able to remove your existing flooring and dispose of it in an environmentally sound manner. We hold a full waste carriers license.
